Mysore Vada


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Yogurt ,
1 big Onion
1 tsp chillie powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger grated
2 Cups of Maida
4-6 green Chilies
1/2 cup boiled and cubed potato ( optional)
curry leaves
corriander leaves
Salt for taste
some water
oil for frying

Method:
1. Finely chop the onion,chillies,curry leaves and corriander leaves.
2. Make dough adding suitable amount of yogurt and water. Make sure that the dough is neither too thick nor too soft.
3. Mix onions, chillies, curry leaves, corriander leaves, cumin seeds, grated ginger, salt and cubed potato ( optional).
4. Make small balls and deep fry in oil .
5. Enjoy with your favourite chutney.
